ahh finally, the sweet sound of nothing; just peace and quiet on the last day of my mini vaca. No loud manboys wrestling, peeing, t.v. 24/7, singing guitar player Nick(Sam says he's a genius, "he can play after only 3 days!" Nick told me it was really hard to play and sing at the same time.). Glad we have a basement they could retreat to.



Now I can do all the things I wanted to do, on my list! ^_^ aukkkkkk out of laundry detergent!



Nick said the coyotes were really loud last night, I think our dogs barking at strangers in my house(and Nick's singing ;) set them off.

I really miss Richard and Abe. huh who said that? Talked to Richard, they are having trouble with the car battery.They are in Columbia, MO. 2:30p new car battery installed, ETA 4:30p. Woo hoooooo, glad they are almost home!

Long time no

After careful consideration and test runs I have the perfect formula for my prayer journal. It is this: Read,Praise,Pray,Confess,Reflect. Works for me! Until I really perfect it. ;)

Had a nice conversation with the woman Pastor I thought was insensitive. Maybe she's not.. so much. I made her lunch, we talked and I felt better. I think.

Is it possible to be friend's with your ex?? Yes if you try!

A pleasant surprise came from one of my children's friend's. Jessica. She's married!

BubbaSqueeky(because he only likes toys that squeak) and Rocco. One dog has a mind of it's own and a will of his own. Stubborn as a mule. The other dog uses the other one's brain. =\

So quiet now, when the cats away the mice will play! Too quiet.

Wednesday's are the day everyone eats at the Methodist church. The food is free and the community good will flows. Everyone is a friend.

That's like our cafe. Everyone welcome.

The city held their monthly Senior Citizens Luncheon today. Leonard(87) had a good time and told me I should have gone.

Leonard will be 88 February 22. He lives in the house he was born in. He has always lived in the same town.

Wednesdays are slow. :)


A woman who works the Lanesfield School just came in. I told her about my oldest daughter, who won a photography contest for a picture she took inside the school.

mrmoss made the best meatballs this morning. Pour some spaghetti sauce on and a sprinkle of Romano cheese. Pop in the microwave, hit reheat, and a masterpiece is born! mrmoss is catering breakfast and lunch now for retirees at their apartment complex.

I manage the cafe. And by manage I mean cook, clean and wait! :\

I'm reading the ASPCA Complete Dog Training Manual and an article I found on the WWW, "Is Your Dog a Bully?" HECK YES. Well maybe Bubba dominates, a lot. He doesn't share and needs to learn how to play well with others.
AM I talking about a dog or a toddler??? ;) I do wuv him. =) He and his brother Rocco(the Rock, Rock) are 3months and 1 week old today.

mrmoss jr. went paint balling last weekend. We talked about how he should start playing in competitions at the Drop Zone events. And get sponsored.
I bought him a shirt yesterday that says "this be my lucky shirt" with Irelands flag.

I wonder does the Price Chopper still have the best and friendliest service in town?, are my favorite Baldwin City couple still greeters at the WalMart?, is the tea still off the chart sweet at the the McDonald's, just how I like it?, do we still serve daily specials at the diner?(well probly) I'll know soon enough. The official names of our two new puppies are Rocco (middle name still undecided) & Bubbuh Mack Moss. These two angels sent from heaven above are turning my world upside down. I look the way I did after being up all night with my other (human)children. My hair hasn't been combed since last Monday, eyes are "dazed and confused", I can only say "blah, blah, blah", and fix Ramen noodles for myself. BUT I am smiling. :)

I missed the Moss Family Christmas celebration today, to stay home with the dears. =J

My Dad sent me a year subscription to Better Homes and Gardens. I would rather have had one to PC Photo. Any way thanks Dad.

I did get my Moss Family Gift sack! It had a Rubiks Cube, pencil, mini candy bars, apple, & orange. Lucky ME!
