His teeth are going to spin right out of his head

I like writing "2010"; even numbers are better. :>
Abe might/probably be wearing glasses soon.
He just showed off his new new fangled Oral-B battery toothbrush.woooooo :)
We have five calendars in our dining room. weird! :)
too cute..found on 'net, : "clik to biggify" , savethemales.com, sorryifonted.com
"studies Scripture" - Shane/Jonathan describing a friend in their book Becoming the Answer To Our Prayers
My sisters and I had to wear a mantilla (man-tee-uh) to church, when we were young. The bigger and more ornate the mantilla the better, the more faithful we were.
And a Kleenex attached with a bobby pin would do, if we forgot one.
So if we sneezed we had a Kleenex handy...kidding...

"Why can't that cat go in the box?"

We didn't go to church. Woke up arguing about a cat. So we didn't go. I think we still should have gone.

We are experiencing pre-empty nest syndrome. Nice that the house can be so quiet.

Weird talking to my dad yesterday, he is having regrets. "My life has gone by" mindset. He retired too early, when he left the Air Force. The only job(?) he talks about. So I am assuming his favorite. He is a very closed, shy, quiet, introverted, and angry person. That anger is able to surface now.

I don't know how he and my Mom ever married and had children, through a mediator? Kidding.

Now I feel like I have to call him every week or ...something will happen.

My husband and I like to say the name of one of the meteorologist on the Metro Weather channel. We say it like he does. "MAHHN TOYUHHH" We like him.
We also say "La Cuisine!" like the the Iron Chef America host.

My husband is talking to his mother. He usually doesn't miss a weekend calling her. I think I will listen in.

Snow

and ice. In one day, then melted away the next. That's my kind of weather. I wish all seasons were like this. One day summer, the next sub zero temps.YES!

Bubba and Rocco eat snow, play in snow and run in snow. I found my team for the very small dog Iditarod!
;) I think I will rename the dogs Barrak and Obama. ;)kidding!

we planned on church today; until it snowed yesterday!

2001 A Space Odyssey is on the television. "Daisy, Daisy"... no one is in the living room. maybe we should turn off everything for an hour; a delayed Earth Hour day. I totally forgot to do that yesterday. How can one hour help? I guess if it's done around the world it could.

so QUIET now. It's been a long day and week. mrmoss is on the phone with his Mommy. mrmoss jr. is in his room doing something paintball. and I am listening to the t.v., Space Odyssey 2001 is playing the credits. Now I'm going to pop in a DVD I rented, MILK. :) uh oh mrmoss jr. decided to do his laundry!!! alert the media.. =O

A good time was had by all

thoughts at the cafe:::

Wednesday's are the day everyone eats at the Methodist church. The food is free and the community good will flows. Everyone is a friend.

That's like our cafe. Everyone welcome.

The city held their monthly Senior Citizens Luncheon today. Leonard(87) had a good time and told me I should have gone.

Leonard will be 88 February 22. He lives in the house he was born in. He has always lived in the same town.

Wednesdays are slow. :)

A woman who works the Lanesfield School just came in. I told her about my oldest daughter, who won a photography contest for a picture she took inside the school.

mrmoss made the best meatballs this morning. Pour some spaghetti sauce on and a sprinkle of Romano cheese. Pop in the microwave, hit reheat, and a masterpiece is born! mrmoss is catering breakfast and lunch now for retirees at their apartment complex.

I manage the cafe. And by manage I mean cook, clean and wait! :\

I want to retire. :D Right now...8)

I'm reading the ASPCA Complete Dog Training Manual and an article I found on the WWW, "Is Your Dog a Bully?" HECK YES. Well maybe Bubba dominates, a lot. He doesn't share and needs to learn how to play well with others.
AM I talking about a dog or a toddler??? ;) I do wuv him. =) He and his brother Rocco(the Rock, Rock) are 3months and 1 week old today.

mrmoss jr. went paint balling last weekend. We talked about how he should start playing in competitions at the Drop Zone events. And get sponsored.
I bought him a shirt yesterday that says "this be my lucky shirt" with Irelands flag.

mrreiz jr. told me he overheard people talking at Austin's, about how great our cafes pizza was. Good to know we are making a name for ourselves. :D

HELOOOO there's an echo in the cafe. ;>

BUHbye now!

Maybe they won't notice the pool of saliva

My youngest son laid down his head on the table all during the sermon today. Oblivious. Yet on the drive home he recited it word for word. Shock. I don't know if it was the subject or if going to church has finally sunk in. Shouldn't surprise me though. His older brother did the same thing.

Whuuu??Huh???? Oh yeah!!!!!

Something always happens on Sunday, that inspires me to get it down quick before the memory of it slips away. These precious moments.......:D WHY? The rest of the week goes by unnoticed. Rushing to get it over with. Nothing impressive happens? Yet one blindingly shining moment on Sunday is etched in my brain and I rush to tell all. whatever.LOL :D

"Like living in a warzone"

Someone is cutting wires on the apartments buildings in my complex.

Oh well back to my life, R. is watching Nascar races and A. periodically comes in to bond with his mommy. LOL I'm supposed to be doing the DISHES! =)

The Omen('76) is over. What an odd movie. Is it possible a devil child can be born and enter American politics?? Oh goody Muscle Beach Party is on! Makes dishes rawkkk! ;)
