I asked for a real winter. Not one with a few snowstorms or a ice storm for a thrill. I wanted a blast of winter that left me snowbound. The kind I had in Northern Michigan and Colorado. The snow covered the kitchen window. Being careful of dangerous snowballs. Forts. Digging out the toboggan, finding the best hill and going for days. Ice skating outdoors and in. Keeping warm around a fire. Winter.
Well it happened this year. Kansas got snow again ! :) It's snowing now!
